Booking Terms

1. These terms apply to direct bookings for Artist Hideaway, 83 Main Street, Haworth, made with Abrahams Gallery ("we/us").
2. A booking is confirmed on receipt of payment via our secure payment provider.
3. Maximum occupancy is two guests. The apartment is a studio with one double bed and is not suitable for additional guests, including infants, beyond this without prior agreement.
4. Check-in is from 15:00 via the key lockbox; check-out is by 10:00. Early arrival or late departure by request, subject to availability.
5. No security deposit is taken. A £100 fee applies if the apartment is left requiring deep cleaning beyond normal use.
6. Guests are asked to take reasonable care of the property and its contents, noting the period furniture and fittings. No smoking inside the apartment.
7. Dogs are welcome free of charge, up to two per booking. Guests must tell us in advance that they're bringing a dog, so we can have treats ready. Dogs must stay on the lead at all times on Lodge Street, must not be left alone in the apartment, and must be kept off the furniture to protect guests with allergies.
8. Free on-street parking is available throughout Haworth; paid off-street parking is accessible via West Lane. For loading and unloading, guests can pull into the end of Lodge Street off Main Street.
9. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct or breach of these terms.
10. We are not liable for loss or damage to guests' belongings except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.
11. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
