What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 via a key lockbox by the door frame — your code is sent by email. Check-out is by 10:00, keys back in the lockbox.

How many guests can stay?

The apartment is a studio with one double bed and sleeps two guests, including infants.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome free of charge, up to two per booking. Just tell us when you book so we know to expect them. Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times on Lodge Street, kept off the furniture, and never left alone in the apartment.

Is there parking?

Free on-street parking is available throughout Haworth, with paid off-street parking via West Lane. For loading and unloading, you can pull into the end of Lodge Street off Main Street.

Is the apartment accessible, or are there stairs?

The apartment is on the upper floor of a Grade II listed 1881 building, and the bathroom is reached via stairs from the main living space — there's no lift, so it isn't step-free. Get in touch before booking and we'll tell you plainly whether it'll work for you.

Is there a security deposit?

No deposit is taken. A £100 fee applies only if the apartment is left requiring deep cleaning beyond normal use.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before check-in, 50% refund for 7–13 days before, and no refund inside 7 days or for no-shows. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.

Where exactly is the apartment?

Above Abrahams Gallery at 83 Main Street, Haworth — but the guest entrance is around the corner on Lodge Street, not through the gallery door. Full directions are on the Arrival & Parking page, and exact map details are sent once you've booked.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking isn't permitted inside the apartment.
